Jack is an excellent manager who goes out of his way to make things right for the customer. I appreciated that about this... store. My issue is with the quality control of the food. The fries are greasy, overcooked and burnt looking. The onion ringsare wonderful when cooked right. The burgers although tasty to a degree are overly salted which ruins the whole experience. Youshould taste the meat but instead you taste loads and loads of salt. If it tasted like the burger was fresh off the grill I'drecommend this place. The use of salt is over the top and the food loses the uniqueness of what BurgerFi used to be which isessentially to make a healthy tasting burger. Read more

They were really nice. It's an upscale burger place in the Whole foods plaza. Haven't tasted the food yet but I'm sure this will... be my new favorite burger place. Ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger and swag burger. Just under $25. Very nice andaccommodating staff. Can't wait to get home and eat these burgers. Alice was counter help and Jack was the manager.
