Came in for lunch and the store was super busy. Didn't mind waiting as the line was fast and the team behind the counter... embraced the challenge of keeping it moving at a decent pace. We had a very unfortunate experience at this Chipotle. In fact, it was egregious. We went for an early dinner, just before 5pm,... mostly looking forward to chips and tomatillo green chili salsa (med). The protein (sofritas) was scorched and dried out; theyoung man scraped the bottom to fulfill my order. The walk-in line did not have any of the salsa that we order regularly, so wedid not order chips and salsa. As we were cashing out, we saw the salsa available on the mobile order line. They would not letus order any, even though they had a stock of it 3 feet away from the check out. Walk ins were ?not allowed to have it?. Thecashier had been summoned to the register from the dish tank. I think Keeley (cool hair) was the cashier; they were sweet, andwanted to accommodate our order, but didn?t want to go against whomever was in charge there. Not only did it turn into a weirdpower struggle, but several employees were snide and condescending, even shouting across the restaurant to ?have a blessed day?as we walked out of the establishment upset. The attention in this specific restaurant is AWESOME they take the time AND the effort to make it better even if you are not... aware of it, I order a thing it was "not ideally prepared" at the moment, this other girl knows it and without me even payingattention, while i was paying she changed my whole order and made it PERFECT and fresh, my friend told me later in the car...this is the type of service and dedication makes you come back, thanks my friend. I got here at 9:15, and they were already shutting the line down and openly complaining about customers. Claimed they were out... of white rice, only to bring it out about a minute later, which I would have happily waited for. Some toppings were available byonline order only, which does not make sense. I would figure you prioritize the customers that are actually in thebuilding. They only had 2 poor guys making food while the other 4 were slowing putting the line away. The place was nasty, foodall over the counter and floor, garbage overflowing and on the floor. You?d think that starting the closing cleaning 45 minutesbefore the actual closing time would actually make the place clean. Overall, all the workers looked miserable. One told me hewould get yelled at if he gave me a topping that was for online orders only. Food tasted normal. This is definitely a managementissue. Read more

What is going on with this location ? Couple in front of me walked out because they did not have the protein they were... craving. I had to do without guacamole even thou is a staple item on their menu. Soda machine is not working. Dining room flooris dirty no forks available? garbage cans full.
