I have traveled all over the southeast US for the last 15 years, I have had bbq from 6 states endless brick & mortar stops along... the way. This is the best ribs/ brisket I have ever had!! Ordered from Uber eats last night , they cancelled the first order because they had no garlic potatoes left , that?s fine so I... reordered while making sure I changed both orders of garlic potatoes to something else , I reorder I waited the time to pick upmy order , we get there order says ready for pick up , I have my boyfriend go grab it and we ended up waiting almost an hour ,they told us they were bagging it twice within that time Frame. When my bf realized how long he has been waiting he sayssomething again and they tell us they cancelled our order even though we are looking at the screen on Uber eats that says myorder is ready for pick up. I support this place all the time , every time I order there are issues , they gave us nothing butattitude as if we didn?t just spend money in THEIR establishment and waited over an hour and was told TWICE they were baggingour food. If you can?t keep up with the volume of orders I would suggest not offering mobile ordering on any platform and stickto the walk up customers , it was 9pm I just worked a 12 hour shift at Amazon and I had to deal with this. Roxi and the other young lady at the register were very nice and helpful. The food was very delicious but not a fan of the Mac... n cheese or the yellow rice. The wings are AWESOME!! Over all I'll definitely bring going back. Can't wait to try the FriedGarlic Crab????. Read more
