Y'all could have at least called me to TRY to find my address. I waited for over an hour for my delivery, I gave specific... delivery instructions, you had my phone number...and now I need to order dinner from someone else. I used to work for Dominos,and we knew all the ins and outs of all the complexes at my store...which was also in a city. Get it together. Read more
I ordered a pizza to a hotel room that I was staying in and the pizza was not fresh I had to put the pizza in the microwave when... I called to let them know the guy just argued me down about the pizza as if he was the one eating it. I ordered pizza to be delivered on Saturday December 3rd at 6:30pm. I received a phone call from the automated system letting me... know that my pizza was on the way at 7:10pm and it wasn't delivered until 8:03pm. I called to check on the status of thedelivery and the manager was incredibly rude. Telling me that it's on its way and there is nothing he will do. I can't believethat this was the customer service.
