Service is extremely disorganized when it wasn't busy. Watched the 2 people come in after me get their food before me. We all... ordered the same things. I saw my food bag sitting for 5 minutes waiting for an employee to do something with it. Finally theperson making the sandwiches came over and did the job of the guy filling fries. Not sure what their issue is but this should'vebeen an easy no brainer. Even the manager was walking around touting their times of getting orders out quickly. Sorry but bigfail. I get the food home, and the burger was made incorrectly and was lukewarm, and the 3/4 full cup of fries were soggy andlukewarm. Very disappointing. That was a $12 joke. Read more

This location is run beautifully. The manager Matthew genuinely cares about service and quality. I ordered a burger no onions... but with everything and a1 sauce. I received a burger with grilled onions. I learned that the system will include grilledonions automatically because, no onion equals no raw onions in the system. The works includes grilled onions. *Matthew offerednew burgers, I declined and let him know it was okay I just wanted to let him know for training.
