Went for lunch. My wife enjoyed her Blue Hawaiian and crab legs. Her fish filet was terrible. I had the fish and chips. The... fries were fine. The fish was terrible. It was greasy, limp and the fish wasn’t white and flaky. It was skimpy and yellowish.I can go to Publix and get better fish filet in the frozen section. And for some reason they thought it would be good to put allthe leftover scraps from the fry basket on my plate. Our server was very nice. We won’t go back. Read more
The location, cleanliness and overall vibe of this particular Joe's is what garnished the two stars. The service was lack... luster and the signature dish - The Shrimp Sampler - was far below the corporate standard. The shrimp was dry and overcooked.The presentation was far beyond what is expected and size was shorted to what I am use to enjoying. Finally, management took notime and interest in one of their company's Presidential Members came to dine. Overall, I have eaten in many a Joe's Crab shack,and taking away the outstanding views, this location is poorly run, staff not made aware of Customer Service concepts and nofollow-up to members. Great seafood in town. Shawn was my waiter and his customer service skills is in the next level. Sometimes when you're at a... restaurant you feel like resentment at the end of the night or if you have to send something back but not from Shawn.
