The Connecticut roll was very good. Not soaked in butter but could have used a little bit more Lobster meat. They had some of... the eggy portion of the claw included on the roll. Comes with a very nice Dill pickle spear. Small roll with pickle and soda wasabout $30 with tip. Good atmosphere outside. Would have loved some coleslaw or corn on the cob with it, but neither wereavailable. They do have a $25 special that includes a roll and one side, but the sides are mac n cheese, tater tots or potatosalad. Read more

Superb lobster roll, plenty of lobster meat, nice and light. I love the bread; nice and coated on the outside; simply... delicious. Even the girl at the front counter must?ve been from New England, the perfect mix of attitude and charm. Plenty ofoutdoor seating so you can people watch. I recently stopped by Mason's as I was downtown and it was close to my meeting and a great parking space was a available for me... to pop in. This was my first visit and the young man at the counter was very friendly and nicely explained the options availableto me. Since it was a hot day I chose the cold salad lobster roll with coleslaw. My meal was prepared quickly, almost in thetime it took for me to get my fountain drink. My lobster roll was fantastic, large chunks of meat, lightly dressed with a lovelyrefreshing lemony (but not too acidic) dressing. The bread was soft and perfectly toasted. It's a good thing I took it to myoffice because if I'd been in the restaurant I would have ordered another, I can't tell you my disappointment when I finishedthe last bite and I had no more left. The coleslaw was good, I like a bit more vinegar in mine but it was nice and creamy. Thespear of pickle was extremely tasty with a garlic kick, though a bit small. Overall it was an excellent lunch and I willdefinitely be a return diner. Read more
