I try to avoid this store as much as possible. First, you cannot use the bathroom even if you're a customer. Sadly when you are... coming in with children and you are ordering for them, kids have to use the restroom. One is 2 years old and the other is four.Potty training for the youngest, we needed a bathroom. I was told point blank they do not have to supply a bathroom forcustomers. Sometimes it is not what you say, it is how you say it. Next, my granddaughter's straw went through the cup. I wastold I would have to pay $0.28 more to replace that cup. Lastly, they should really consider doing a deep cleaning. My favoritestore is Del Prado, bathrooms available, staff is always joyful and polite, the store is impeccably clean, and they treat theircustomers with respect. Read more
