Day shift is ok its the night shift thats trash manager at night ( male , white, tall) doesn't give a rats about anything always... has a stale face and is rude. The food is always cold at night time, the manger himself never hands out any of the sauces ialways gotta ask for it. If i wanted cold food id make me a bowl of cereal! Only one soda machine working, no ice and the machine is pouring out flat hot drinks. At what point do you just close it... instead of offering your guests disgusting drinks that they can't drink. Read more
The manager was great and the young girls were working very hard to help In every position the could. The Hispanic lady however... had a horrible attitude! Not only was she being insubordinat towards the manager she had an attitude with several femalecustomers. As long as it was a male she would fake a smile but every time a woman came to the counter and she could see them shewould shoot them a really nasty look and try to stare them down with evil expressions on her face! I would have fired her on thespot for acting so ridiculously to customers that ensure her paycheck! Especially in a time when people have been devoted by anatural disaster and have no homes to cook in! Honestly if she doesn't want to work with the public and at least becompassionate to people she should find a job in a warehouse where she can grind away with all the nasty looks she wants to andnot have to be around the public! Maybe it was just this particular day 10/21/2022 but the soda machin was extremely dirty, there was only Dr. Pepper and water,... the manager seem annoyed as when the card we tried to use would not work only to realize the machine did not work and we had topay cash. The you man who assisted is in taking our order was patient and nice. Read more
