My first time having BurgerFi and definitely my last. I visited a little bit after they opened and had a pickup order. I filled... up my drink 3 different times with 3 different beverages and they were all flat, and the tea tasted like it was 3 days old. Ithen got home and my fries did not have the seasoning I specified, and the fries were soggy and undercooked and tasted if theywere from yesterday. How do you have old tasting fries when you first open the place? There was no cheese sauce or any othersauces in the bag that I PAYED for. I guess I should have checked before I left, silly me. I go to have lunch my wife order a double cheeseburger ???? with bacon and a order of onion rings .so we received the burger... with out bacon ???? and the onions ring so salty that we won?t be able to eat it . My wife go the register ask them to switchfor French fry ???? and here is what we get the worst fry?s ever completely burn ????. and the manager after see me takingpictures of the food comes to my table and tell my wife your next meal is on us . Ordered through the app: Cheeseburger with no tomatoes and add onions and pickles, fries and a drink. When I got in there, I was... ignored for a couple of minutes by the staff. An older gentleman who appeared to be the manager was fiddling with the POSsystem even though he can see me and another customer was there. Finally got my order but had to wait a couple more minutes toget the attention of the gentleman again to get my drink cup even though I asked for it when I got my food. I got home and sawmy cheeseburger had a wheat bun... Okay? Gross but whatever. Not the usual bun that burgerfi uses. I look at my burger and seethe tomatoes that I specifically asked to not be on my burger. There were no onions or pickles. The overall experience was justnot good. Please take this seriously, we took friends who have never been to Burgerfi and they left off his burger and his fries... completely after waiting over 20 minutes, my fries were cold and onion rings were cold and greasy, all three of them. Ourburgers were cold and the buns were steal and fell apart. The shakes were good. All the while employees were talking to friendsthat came in and ignoring customers. The place was dirty and tables needed cleaned. Please make a decision to clean it up orclose it down. Also, put an experienced restaurant operator. We will not be back, this was our second experience of bad service,we thought it was just a bad off night the first time, the second time is no excuse. Read more
