Don't order PickUp. They put the pickup shelf next to the bathroom where they can't see it, and when someone steals your food,... they tell you too bad. The stealing has apparently gotten so bad that corporate policy is now to screw over the paying customerand not remake the food. Sure, they refund you, but you now wasted time I waited 20 minutes after my food was suppose to beready) and gas money going there. So beware if you order pickup for lunch; might not get anything or have time to go anywhereelse. You'd think if the stealing were such a problem they'd put pick up back behind the counter like they used to. TijuanaFlats is where it's at. They are friendly, clean and they have someone watching the pick up shelf. I'll never go back toChipotle. Too many horrible experiences the past few years. Read more
I would give zero stars if I could. I am a longtime chipotle customer. I ordered pickup in the app like I usually do. I arrive... to pick up my food at 630, as scheduled. The food was not there. They said they already made it and someone must have stolen it.THEN THEY REFUSED TO MAKE IT FOR ME. The manager said that this is corporate policy. Chipotle doesn?t care if you paid for itand someone else came and took it off the shelf. What a scam. Placed an online order, arrived for pick up and didnt see my order. Stood there for well over 20 minutes past my pick up time.... All for them to tell me "oops, someone stole your food, we can't remake it". They put the pick up station out of their view andpeople just steal your food and Chipotle could care less. "Too bad".
