Very fast service. No issues with finding extra items such as sugar and straws ( well stocked store ) but I would have like for... the cashier to have passed on my request regarding my mobile order onto the lady who prepared it so my order would have been theway I'd like it to be but other than the lack of customer to employee communication this location is great. I LOVE this Dunkin?! Everyone working is so friendly! Even with a big line at the door I still got my coffee in food in less... then 5 minutes! The one lady working knew what the people?s order were before they could even say anything! Definitely makingthis location my go to! Everyone there deserves a RAISE! Unsanitary, unprofessional employees, and long wait time. We went for a quick breakfast and ended up being in there for close... to 35 minutes. We ordered 2 coffees and ordered bacon snacks, sandwich, and 2 donuts. It took over 20 plus minutes to get ourfood and we were 1 out of 3 orders. The employees looked dirty and strung out. One kept screaming out "I'm ready to go home" andthen when "the manager" came in 2 of the employees screamed out "wow glad your back, it's been over 30 minutes". It was theworst Dunkin Donuts experience I have ever had. I will never go back to that location again. (There is a location about 2 milesdown the road at Prim Vista and US1.) Read more
