Genos pizza used to have decent pizza. I had two delivered and the crust is so tough you can barely bite through a piece of the pizza. I think this came from the food court at the Central Mall, Genos. I will not be buying pizza from Genos again. This will have to be thrown in the trash.

Geno's Pizza is, overall, a pizza chain that I go to when I'm not hungry enough for a whole pizza, so I don't compare it to other major chains like Domino's. With that in mind, their individual slices are very nice if you don't mind (or, in my case, enjoy) greasy pizza. Their pricing is, additionally, hard to beat. This location, specifically, however, across 3 visits, seems to have drier, lower quality slices overall. Some may believe this to be a positive, but I think part of the appeal is that Genos is on the greasier side, as stated above. Other than that, I've had no issues with service nor wait times, although I've not visited during peak hours.

Place is great when you can get good service, almost everyone that works there has an awful attitude and acts as if you needing them to do their job is an inconvenience to them.

This has always been my go to spot, but I hadn't had it for the last few years. I'm happy to say the pizza is as good if not better than I remember it.

Friendly employees, good pizza at a decent price. All the workers were masked and all visible areas of the facility/kiosk were clean, neat, and tidy. 3 out of 5 stars, wouldn't change a thing! (?)

Extremely disrespectful to my friend when she was ordering her food and decided to basically ?throw? her food when the worker could of handed her order properly. Then proceeded to be very nice to the next customer, how does that make any sense? Either way, terrible service.

Manager came to work after being diagnosed with COVID-19. Then fired a worker for calling him out on it. The Health Department needs to be brought to the knowledge of this. They are risking everyone?s lives. That manager needs to be charged.

A good pizza place with decent food and adequate service. Although the food wasn?t amazing, it certainly wasn?t the worst pizza I have had. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick bite. This is also good for College kids who need to save money but still eat something ?fancy.? Overall, a decent experience.
