The hotel is good it needs little updates which they are working on. The staff is fantastic especially the manager Amber she was... a tremendous help to us. She went above and beyond to make are stay very pleasant. Which she did fantasticly. Thank you Amber somuch! Read more
I booked online for two rooms. One for a double bed for my kids and one for a king bed for my spouse and I. Upon arrival, While... I was in line to check in, a couple in front of me was wanting to change room because they found that their room was not cleanand possible bed bugs. The two staff just told them that the guy that works there went to check and there was no bug so theycouldn?t do anything for them. Then I checked in and they gave me the key cards for both rooms. We decided to go check out oneof the room which is a double bed room, we check to make sure there was no bed bug. Then once we were done with the kids room,we went to our room and it was another double bed. I have booked a king size bed for us but got two double bed rooms. When wewent down to ask, they told us they didn?t have any king size bed available and that we had to just take the room. Very poorcustomer service. I wouldn?t even be mad if they would have told me that when I checked in so that I would have expected thatbut we had to take all of our stuff back down to the lobby to find out that was the only room and that we didn?t have any choiceor any other accommodation for us. Never will I ever stay at this place ever again and if you want Customer service and honesty,don?t expect it here. Read more
Decent hotel. Clean rooms and friendly employees. If the building ever gets a remodel they need an elevator though - it's weird... to me that more and more hotels are being built without one. Read more
The place is pretty clean for the most part, the bed was comfortable and free from bugs. (Which is my first priority) breakfast... was good, they had a large variety. The bathroom shower was a bit dirty, it was mainly the mat but either than that the hotelseems very accommodating and caring for the customers. Read more
