Cheeseburger was a bit greasy and flattened out. But the tater tots were awesome. Fresh and crunchy hot.
This is the best Sonic locations in Ft Smith, in my experience. Friendly staff that are apologetic when you have to wait 10... minutes for one soda. They're usually busy when I'm there, so everyone else must agree that this is a good location. I've neverhad an order delivered that was wrong and I've also never gotten a cup from here that was covered with soda down the side orpooled in the lid. Only issue is the occasional longer-than-normal wait time--but I'm okay with it because everything else is somuch better than the other locations. Read more
Ok so I had a bad experience before, but oh man did they make it right. I was reached out to in a timely fashion. I decided to... give them a second chance today. The staff were so nice and professional. I would go back for Lexi alone. She is a great carhop. Read more
