We had an 8pm reservation but arrived a little early. There was 1 table seated in the dining room and a large birthday party... happening when we arrived. We waited for at least 15 minutes before being greeted, meanwhile a couple who arrived after us wasgreeted quickly. The couple who arrived after us also received bread, salad, drinks, prior to us. We ordered and it took almostan hour for our food to arrive to the table. Everything was a waiting game. We received no bread and it wasn't even mentioned, however upon us asking we were told it was baking. The couple sat after us got bread for their table. Our waitress didn't seembusy but would disappear for a long time, meanwhile we watched the waiter handling the table next to us be very attentive to histable. FINALLY we got our food and bread and our waitress disappeared again. She didn't even check to see if we were satisfiedwith the food. A manager came by as we were finishing our meal and we expressed our complaints to which he quickly offereddessert on him. He leaves and we are waiting on our check....Another waiter sees us sitting and asks if we need boxes and gladlybrings them to us. Five minutes later our waitress returns and says our dessert is being prepared to go. We wait (this seems tobe the common theme) and she returns with our check. She then returns with our desserts and then leaves to run our check, whichtakes an incredibly long time. During this time we realize the complimentary brownies we had been waiting on were COLD! If weare waiting for food to be prepared, wether we are eating there or not, the expectation is for warm food. The last straw wasthat I covered the check for the bride-to-be and upon returning our check to us she hands my card to the person who didn't payand didn't collect it from. Upon correction she didn't seem to care that the action was incredibly rude (she already hadforgotten my order, was I invisible to her?). One would think the proper etiquette would be to ask wh Read more

The Rialto had advertised for Wednesday night Ladies Nights. So, a couple of girlfriends and I decided to go for a fun night of... drinks and food. We were shocked to find that Ladies Night was kind of dull and not a lot of ladies had decided to come out. Wewere not spoken to for the first 10 minutes after being seated at our table. Once we finally were tended to, we ordered drinksthat took another 15-20 minutes to get to our table. We were also informed that the regular bartender was not there and the onefilling in was unable to make a drink we ordered from the menu because he didn't know how. I won't even mention how long ittook for the appetizer to reach our table. But moving on... After being seated at the restaurant for well over and hour, thewaitress decided it was time to ask us if we'd like to order our food. We ordered. I personally ordered the fillet, mediumrare. The food came out quicker than the appetizer. The presentation was adequate. However, upon cutting my steak. It wasovercooked. Medium. All flavors were fine and good. But I do not think I will be returning unless it is for an event I aminvited to and have no say as to the restaurant choice. All in all, very slow service, average and inconsistent drinks, finefood, but overpriced for what you get. Read more

First off, the good things. The steak was amazing and perfectly cooked (ordered medium rare). Prices are reasonable. While we... were there, Vincent came out and sang to a neighboring table. The restaurant is smaller and has an intimate feeling. We'lldefinitely return and try more of the menu. The not so good things. Food presentation isn't the best - why packaged butter whenherbed butter (tasted non-herbed) is served in a small dish? Servers and front of house need to be trained better. While we wereeating, other customers food was placed on our table while they were being served, Butler trays for neighboring tables wereplaced directly by ours while the other customers were being served, and our dining plates were removed from the table withoutasking if we were finished with them (we were still eating our salads). Also, the bus boys were spraying a heavy scented cleaneron the adjacent tables, which were recently emptied, and cleaner overspray flew over to our table, on our food, and choked up mywife. When she asked the man to stop or not spray so close to us, he shrugged and continued spraying and cleaning. There arebetter ways to clean tables with customers nearby. Read more

Food was great, once we actually got it. The server didn?t come by for about 15 minutes for our drinks and apps. Both were... wrong. Same with our meal, did not get what we ordered and our server seemed like she didn?t want to serve us. Hopefully thenext time we come back the service is better, but I felt very uncomfortable and forgotten about the whole time. Read more
