Customer service was excellent. The iced coffee was delicious and perfect for me, but if you want something strong get the cold... brew. Donuts were wonderful, I think I?ve only had better donuts from one other place. Not pictured is a chorizo burrito whichwas good and I think paired well with everything. Read more

I visited my daughter for a couple of days at Fort Walton, Florida for Memorial Day weekend just love it here. I am not... familiar with the area as of yet but; would like to get to know this place it's really beautiful out here. So when I arrived atthe base this morning the first thing my daughter mentioned to me was that she needed to take me to Okaloosa Donuts within thenext few minutes so I could try them. Was looking forward to this; did not know what to expect. The location is in a great areanear the beach. Their hours of operation is from 6am till 11am I see now why my daughter was in such a hurry to get me therefirst thing in the morning??. The people that work at the donut shop are very attentive and amazingly friendly to everyone. From what I saw standing in line they were very busy taking orders; keeping up with the pace while taking care of theircustomers and giving great service to them. I do understand why this place is well known around the area which in turn willkeep their customers happy so they can continue coming back just like me. Loved how they explained to their customers whatdonut toppings they have along with what flavors and if they have any extra donuts in the back; if they do they will look andlet you know. Which is helpful when trying to decide which one one would like. It did not take too long before we were able toput in our order and still by this time I had no clue what I wanted. I think I bought one of everything, LOL. The donuts aremade fresh daily they are soft and they taste great not oily, old or dry. They are pretty big, delicious, nicely decorated andthe price of the donuts are fair. This will be my go-to place when I come back up from Hernando county. Am looking forward tomy next visit. Visited Okaloosa Donuts this morning to get breakfast for our large family group! Really appreciated the warm greeting as we... entered. The staff seemed genuinely warm and helpful as we were making our selections! The doughnuts were all delicious! Ourfamily immensely enjoyed the Key lime, chocolate eclair, vanilla coconut, and the maple bacon. But all were excellent! Everyonewas pleased, and that doesn't always happen with a large group! We really respect small businesses who take pride in theirservice and their product. This shop definitely checks both of those boxes!
