So delicious! We split their beef teres major and their Mac and cheese and it was a perfect amount for dinner with a dessert.... They make their own focaccia bread which was toasted beautifully and will definitely bring us back! The waitstaff was wonderfuland we were able to get in and out before our show at the embassy without feeling rushed. All in all a wonderful date night out! Read more
My wife and I go to a lot of restaurants around the city. We have a few places that we feel are really worth the extra dollars,... but not many. Bistro Nota is the best restaurant in town hands down. The menu is small but everything is perfect. My wife is oneof those people that "only eats the parts she likes" when it comes to food, so almost never completely finishes a plate.However, last night she ate every bite of her food. The Cajun shrimp and sausage dish is my absolute favorite pasta in thecity. You will not be disappointed here. The Nota salad is a favorite in my family. The chopped lettuce is well coated in a light creamy dressing with bits of corn... adding sweetness. The braised short ribs were excellent though I wished for just a little more of the gravy. The croquet madamereminded me of France. This little bistro is becoming one of my favorites. Read more
