Food was great, they were a little bit busy but the waitress kept up with everything. Would definitely go here again.
Second time we have come and our appetizer isn?t ready until after our meals are done. So we cancel the appetizer since it... wasn?t ready on time. Also sat here for about 15min, clearly done eating, and finally we were able to pay for meal. Then theytried charging us for the egg rolls we never got and had canceled. The waitress we had tonight was excellent. She was very attentive and always checking to see if we needed anything. I don't... remember her name but she is very good at her job. The chicken sandwich was very plain and bland so I would recommend thechicken crispers instead which actually have flavor. If I went back I'd probably go for a burger or pasta instead of eitherchicken option though. The lava cake was very good and made up for the disappointing sandwich. Read more
We dropped in here for dinner and it was delicious as chipotle always is as we would expect from the chain. The Store does seem... a bit smaller than your typical chipotle but it is still pretty much the same standard layout just on a more condensed scale. Ididn?t realize that they had a watermelon lemonade until after I had already sat down and started eating but it looks sodelicious and you can see it from the picture that is definitely on the top of my agenda for the next time provided that there?snot just a local thing and they have it in Ohio also. No we didn?t come in here at 8 o?clock in the evening and I?m sure theseguys were swamped all day long because they were pretty busy while we were here too but the place could have the trash attend toa little bit more. By that I mean you can see in the pictures that the trash cans really are pretty full in the bathrooms alittle bit overflowing. But make no mistake this place was clean and tidy and every other aspect. This is the first time we visited Chili's. It will be are last time. We went in for lunch on November 11th at around 12:45pm.... They were not busy at all. We had 3 Veterans with us & 2 of us that had to order off regular menu. Of those 2 one was a 2year old child. We waited 20 minutes for a drink to come from the bar & 10 minutes to get a refill on a coke. We waited 45minutes for our food to come out & the waitress sat tray on very small ledge & when she removed the first plate off tray therest of the tray fell to floor. Then when she came out to clean up mess that she made she leaned the mop against same ledge &it fell over & came inches from hitting granddaughter in head. The chili was very salty, the cheeseburger was wrong, the wingsbarely had any sauce on them when we finally did get our order. Mind you we had the 3 vets eating & still had to pay a bill ofover $32.00 dollars after all that. The manger gave us 1 free dessert to split between 5 people. Not sure how that was supposeto make up for such horrible experience. I would not let my husband say what he wanted to say because I didn't want to cause ascene.
