I am not sure what's going on at Culver's but it's not good. Sat in line for 20 minutes before I could even place my order and... then waited 30 minutes for it to be delivered to my car. I ordered a basket single cheeseburger no onion guess what onion on thesandwich. And I don't want to hear or understaffed nobody wants to work anymore. If you're running a business and you can't getenough help then you need to shut it down. It was simply ridiculous as it wasn't even that busy today but for the people thatwere there we all waited an average of 30 minutes or longer to get our food... The wait was ridiculous. Mashed potatoes had broccoli inside of them. I didn?t order broccoli. The man passing the food from the... back to the front had on gloves he just kept rubbing his nose & touching everything then the food. The roll was extremely hardand cold. The pot roast was ok the gravy on the side gave it flavor. If seasoning was added to the pot roast it would be better.The cashier lacked common knowledge of the menu & food preparation.
