Slow as hell! Employees standing around with their hand in their pockets. Watched them hand about 7 subs to a customer and... handed the customer a bag to bag their own sandwiches. Never any napkins given to drive thru customers and seems annoyed whenasking for a napkin. Read more

It's fine. Not many ways you can mess up a sub sandwich. Not the fastest Jimmy John's I've been to though.
You know what, I?ll admit, I blew up at the employees at this location. And yep, I also admit I feel bad. But I am so frustrated... with the Jimmy John?s Fort Wayne franchise owners. Whoever owns these locations needs to figure their things out - employees arenot trained, they avoid customers - literally the ONLY THING keeping these places in business. I used to love going to JJ?sbecause it was fast and the service had always been good, but for some reason these franchisees DGAFF about what happens intheir stores. I don?t want another $10 gift card, I just want to be able to get good service, with what should be decent fastfood. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES properly. Read more
