The McDonald?s on Goshen needs to change some of the staff members. Every time I go there the most not all of the staff is rude,... order is almost never correct. When a customer make an order they expect to get what they ordered. I will next time go out myway then to deal with rude unprofessional people. I have worked in customer service and I always tried to keep my ppl happy evenwhen I mess up not basically screw you, as what they did! So no stars on my family behalf. No complaints. Today. Actually, I will note one thing. I wish that when the lobby is closed, there would be a nice big "The... lobby is closed" sign that's visible from the parking lot. Cuz exiting my car is like a nine step process and if I could detectthat the lobby is closed without having to get out It would save me a little bit of frustration. Read more
