This location is convenient for us and tonight, that's what we wanted for dinner. I placed the order online and then headed over... at the allotted pick up time. Our order wasn't quite ready, so it was a few minutes wait. I find that the employees are overlyfriendly, but they aren't friendly, either. The prices and quality of food does match up, but the rush hour/employees rushing through orders is not. I have ordered enough... to recommend ordering food outside rush hours. Sometimes the meat is over cooked and the sides are dry. Their online orderingsystem is fine until they put the food into your box. I would recommend another tip which would be checking your food. Recently,I ordered orange chicken, sweet fire chicken, and honey sesame chicken with brown rice and fried rice. If the restaurant is outof the food and gave a notice about it (prior or following the order), then I would not be as confused. I was given chow meininstead of fried rice. Read more
Overall just average, I've been to better pandas. The food is never fresh or hot. And I come every other week. I always go... through the drive through because I expect faster service, everytime I'm disappointed. They're usually pretty friendly but thishas been the most backed up they have been. I don't think it's a shortage because there's about a dozen employees. I will haveto avoid this place for a while until they figure this out, I'm trying to get home quick after a long day of work.
