Spent 20 dollars on a bowl that was barely even filled .. the girl tried to charge me extra for double portion when she barely... even filled my bowl up. She act like it was coming out of her pocket. Qdoba is still a favorite but the amount and quality of meat seems to have gone down. I thought it might be a one time thing or... just one store but we have found all to be similar. It certainly hasn't kept the prices down either. Read more

Wow. Mind blowing the things you?ll encounter. Came in to get dinner, only to find the manager(?) who?s name I was told was... Devonte literally screaming at his front line workers. And throwing things??? I?ve worked in kitchens before. You can say that?sjust what it?s like to work in a kitchen all you want. But when your kitchen is part of the entire lobby and people can see andhear you. That?s so incredibly unprofessional and nasty. He was screaming at young ladies who quite frankly looks terrified. Onewas getting ready to cry. I truly do not care if someone just walked out. I don?t care that their short staffed. You DO NOT takeissues like that out on your employees who are choosing to stay there. I am completely disgusted with his behavior and havealready moved forward with contacting corporate. No one should feel unsafe and unappreciated in a job that we all know isalready underpaid. Read more

When we walked in the woman behind the counter glanced at us, no one said anything. When she came over to take our order we had... to keep asking her to repeat herself. The shift manager rang us out and even he didn't say more than our total to us. The heatpress wasn't working well, the quesadilla barely had the cheese melted and the shift manager said as long as the cheese ismelted its fine....it's just a sad soggy quesadilla. The rice in my bowl was dry and crunchy and the pinto beans were barelywarm. A lot of money for a very disappointing meal. The kid that came in behind us was never greeted or acknowledged.
