Worst Rallys trip ever. I was third in line. When I got my sandwich, the meat was still red, cold and gooey. No condiments. No... napkins in the bag. And the shake machine was broken. Disappointed at every level. Read more
Food was as expected, my 9 year old requested Rally's. Anyway the gentleman at the window was super polite, best part.
Love the food ... And you get it a lot faster than you did 2 years ago.
I went to rallys tonight and got a fry lover's xl size fry that cost 5 bucks because I really like the fries at other locations.... The fries were soft and the cup they come in was only 3/4 full. For 5 dollars the fries should be overflowing the cup. I alsogot a rallyburger and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were cold. I was afraid to say anything about the fries but Iatleast went back through the drive thru and said the sandwiches were cold. 4 cars were ahead of me. 20 minutes later I hadfresh sandwiches atleast. I don't plan on coming back to this location if they don't have basic policies like this in place. Read more

For one they were out of everything, barley put fries in the chicken box! Also when I got to the window they don't have change... like..are you serious! So I paid almost 9 dollars for barley anything! Yeah yall clearly need a new manager or something! I'veworked fast food for years and this is just poor trashy service! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
