Have had trouble with this location not being able to process a drive thru order in less than 15 minutes. Tried it again... tonight. We are the 3rd car in line. It's been 29 minutes and we just got to the speaker and she told us, "it's going to be aminute". This visit is now at 40 minutes and we're still at the speaker waiting to place our order. The only reason that it deserves 1 star is due to the young man order taking. He is very polite and good customer service... skills. The young lady that was working the window and taking payments is absolutely horrible, she is ever time I have beenthere. She is more interested in her phone. Absolute trash staff and management at this location. In what world should a baconator have one beef patty and one slice of... bacon? Fries are cold and unseasoned, wife?s meal is equally ruined. This place just gets worse and worse. This time I ordered one sandwich that's it! Can't be that complicated! Spoke too soon they... gave me some random sandwich and I was their only customer to top it off!!! I tried to go inside to get this fixed and the lobbywas locked??? It was only 5:30pm and there was atleast 4 employees at the drive through.... Went back through the drive throughjust to get a luke warm burger that looked very old with burnt onions!! Disgusting! The employee at the window was very rude and used faul language. She didn't say anything after we received what we assumed was... the whole order and walked away. Attitude needs adjustment.
