The workers there are on it! The pretzels are so good! It's always on the list when we go to Glenbrook Mall!
Really nice staff and pretzels are good
Me and my girlfriend ordered here the person taking the orders assumed our order was done and told us a total. We walked away... and my girlfriend accidentally spilled her drink. I came back and stood around waiting for someone to ask me what I wanted.There were two people in line but there were 5+ workers who could've took a moment to ask me what I wanted. I can look past allof that. Then when I finally talked to someone I explained the situation and they were more than happy to help. Someone elsecame up asked what was going on. The person only explained that I needed a refill. Then they told her they charge for that. Thenturned to me said that'll be 1.08. They could see a cup clearly empty and missing a lid.
