Great food friendly staff and reasonable prices
Had them at Country Heritage Winery as always been a fan of their restaurant. Everything was delicious, one if the best BBQ... sauces in town. The service was a bit odd, however. I bought a sandwich from them at the New Haven Fall Festival and I was overcharged by over $17 dollars. I was refunded $17, but... as they reminded me, tax is also involved (they didn't understand the issue at first, I thought I was upset over tax, and theykept repeating that the tax was why it cost more than I thought). They did not refund me the tax on that $17, and I had justgone with the automatic tip presented to me on the screen, not really checking it (my bad, I know). That still led me to tippingthem over 50%. This was me already giving Ziffles a second chance, as I hadn't been very fond of their food the first time Itried it.
