The issue is ordering togo. Tried to order online, but certain things (like adding green peppers) to the Original aren't there.... Called and was told that they don't do togo orders over the phone. Almost 20 years in the industry and this is first time I haveever heard that. However, drove out there to order and it was worth it. The staff was great. The food was better.Quick serviceand amazing flavor, especially the hot relish. Just have the higher ups fix the app or at least let you order over the phone. Read more

My one problem with my Charley's experience is that the sign on the front door says "Save $5 right now when you download the... app!" Unfortunately this sign is false advertising. It takes over an hour to receive the $5 off coupon after downloading theapp and signing up. This means your already overpriced meal at Charley's won't be discounted because their marketing lied to youto get your data/contact info at that time while possibly saving a buck. Absolutely sad to see this bait and switch. ThisCharley's does have great food and service, but I don't want to come back after being lied to and taken advantage of. Read more
