It was my first time at this location. I usually order waffle fries with no salt and it's never an issue. When I got them I... clearly tasted salt and the fries were crunchy/hard and did not taste good. It seems all they did was re-fry salted fries. Thisdoes NOT remove salt. I had a big order for a meeting and I totally messed up the dates. Karen caught my mistake the day of my event and not only... fixed it, but did it pleasantly and amazingly. When I went to pick up my order that had been thrown on the morning workers,everyone there was working very hard to get my order ready. I was in tears that I had caused stress on everyone there and ALLof the staff was extremely pleasant, told me not to worry about it and they did an amazing job! I normally hate complaining about my food but this Chick-fil-A was so unprofessional I have never dealt with people like this... especially at a Chick-fil-A, SO RUDE for being Christian based company?. Is a joke?.. leave your problems at home, and do yourjob the manager and one worker were absolutely rude and me and all my family go to Chick-fil-A on a regular basis disappointing?and think they 10000000% need a new manager at the Chick-fil-A on heritage trace!!!!!!!!!
