Visited through the drive thru tonight on 10/10/22. Ordered an extra roll and biscuit with each meal and both were missing, even... though the lady at the window (who was clearly under the influence) assured it was in the meal. Got home to eat and the chickenwas dry, hard, and overcooked, didn?t have a bag for the fries and looked like 1/3 order of fries. Worst chicken e in town. Read more
09/03/22 Every time we come here we?re overcharged fresh, hot chicken prices for old, dry, crust less chicken. You can?t charge... an extra fees for folks form of payment that you should accommodate, when the chicken isn?t giving. It?s a miss every time andthis will be our last time coming to this location. Beware of additional fees!!!! This store is trying to squeeze consumers. Chicken Express on 124 McPherson BLVD Fort Worth Texas... is now charging a fee if you use your debit or credit card. After reviewing my receipt I called the store to speak to themanger. She told me that I needed to speak to the owner if I wanted to discuss the fee. I asked her, when could I speak to theowner and she proceeded to tell me that the owner was never around. She was very rude when I asked her questions and hung up onme. Read more
