This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The rice is usually crunchy, they run out of food often, and the portions are... like that of ship thats lost at sea with no rescue in sight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHIPOTLE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!! Youdefinitely do no get your money's worth here. This place has issues, I have had multiple problems here, but I will just tell you about the last one. I placed my order in the... app. When I arrived to pickup my order the lane that was backed up around the store 15 cars maybe, and they were not moving. Wewaited for 30 minutes then someone came out and told us "they ran out of food again". You can get a refund from corporate orcome back in the morning for your order. I'm done with this one. We just picked up 2 burritos from the Blue Mound and Basswood Chipolte location. All the years I have eaten Chipotle, I have... never had a problem. Tonight, when I trustingly took the first bite- UGH! FISH! The chicken taste like fish! I GAGGED! I evenwent online to your menu to see if you served fish, and maybe you mistakenly added fish instead of chicken. You should dosomething to remove it quickly, before someone gets very ill. You can smell it tomorrow when I drive it up back up there toyou. Hopefully no one else got sick. Not that you'd know yet, because AI answers the phone, and speaking with a person is noteven a choice. THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We went there at 9:20pm doors were locked and employees turned off the light when they saw that we were waiting for someone to... talk to us. We thought that maybe they were just short on employees or something might have happened. We decided to give it atry the next day ordering online and picking up. Our queso had pieces of steak in it, which was fine since we are not vegetarianbut still odd.
