A fantastic experience on all fronts! The food was amazing, as was the service. The wine/drink selection was fabulous as well.... The menu has an interesting variety steak, fish, duck, all fantastic. Our meal was cooked perfectly to order, and theportions were ideal (generous, but not huge). The restaurant has a 5"0's gas station/repair garage" vibe, but don't let thatfool you -- the ambiance was lovely. Definitely an indulgent experience but in a very chill atmosphere. The food was top notch. I had a steak and it was perfectly... cooked. The cut was high quality, it didn't have any tendons or gristle. I have to say the mac-n-cheese was not as cheesy as itcould be, but you can tell that's hand made pasta! It is delicious no less. I'm not a bourbon drinker, but what the chef drinksis a good drink. Very pricey place, but well worth the money. Our waiter, Brent, was excellent. Amazing service. I really enjoyed my experience here, and will definitely be back. The menu and the flavors they present are memorably unique,... and just "different" enough to get you interested. I may have had the best New York Strip I've ever had here... and I definitelyhad my mind blown by that date cake. Seriously... never would have thought I'd be touting date cake.
