i will recommend you use cash when ordering from this exact store , because i?ve ordered twice & they adds they own 5.00 tip &... that?s not okay ! What if that $5 put me in the negative or if i needed it for something more important & that?s actually fraud! Read more
pizza is generally good but don't waste your time with the cheese dips or marinara dips. when they first debuted they were good,... but now it's barely enough cheese to cover the bottom of the container, and what little isn't burnt to the bottom isn't eventhat great. Read more
Constantly fails to deliver orders, and half the time won?t call you to let you know and will let you just sit and wait for over... an hour. Tonight I placed an order close to closing time, which the app allowed me to do, for pickup as I only live a fewminutes away, and headed that way. I chose to pay in store because I planned to give them $40 cash for my order that was lessthan $10 due to a coupon from a previous mess up, to make it up to them for the late order. I pulled up before closing and thestaff was walking out. I showed them my completed order on my phone that showed in progress, and asked if they had made it ornot. They replied ?no were closed? and got in their car. No apology, no remorse, no customer service whatsoever. I will betaking my business elsewhere and recommend others do so as well.
