Order med pizzas for delivery. Watched the ordering tracking. Items were in the quality que for 35 mins. When our pizzas arrived... at our house we recieved the wrong pizza and one that was dry and hard as the cardboard box it came in. Called the store and wastold I could get a credit, a replacement but would not be delivered to me for 90mins, unexceptable, after already waiting overan hour originally. When we asked to speak to the Manager we were told they are in a rush and he was not available to talk tous. So we could call back after the rush or they would take our name and number and when he could help he would callback. Absolutely horrible customer service. Read more

I order online. Got there within 15 minutes and my order was supposedly ready according to the system. No one in the store knew... where my pizza was. I waited another 15 minutes and nothing. Another customer walked in after waiting for 40 minutes and no oneknew where her order was. And when she complained about the waiting, the so call manager got mad and slammed something on thebaking table telling her he was working there already 14 hours. Customer was not even rude or anything, it this employee was.Then he comes to the front and threw her the money she paid. Worst place to buy pizza. My husband ordered a large pizza and chocolate lava cakes last night at 7:30pm - and by 9:40pm our food still had not arrived,... after about the first hour I called the store because the app seemed to not be updating and was told by a young man that myorder #133 was on its way with the driver. We wait patiently for about another hour before calling the store back to check thestatus again - because at that point I was ready to start cooking something for us to eat. The manager answered and did tell methey were very busy and our pizza had not been made yet so that it would be hot when the driver was coming back to the store topick it up - she was very nice and courteous, and apologized for the long wait but at that point we didn?t want the pizzaanymore and just asked for a refund. First we were told our pizza was on its way then told it had not been made, I think thisstore needs more help so employees aren?t put in a position where they feel like they have to lie to a waiting hungry customer -the manager Julie was very nice and polite with us, To the OWNER. Of this store- your employees need more help to run yourbusiness, if you want happy customers you need to hire more people. Was craving a pan pizza for weeks, finally decided to order despite the reviews. Not to my surprise it sucked! Definitely would... of been fine if even one slice was decent, I just needed to curve this craving I?ve had! I tried a bite out of almost all thepieces but the dough is definitely old or not proofed properly. The whole pizza is chewy and the dough is condensed except forthe few spots where it?s paper thin. ZERO STARS!! I encountered the worst customer service experience this evening. I'll start with the back story to this order....I... placed an order last week and didn't receive my 2 Liter soda. No big deal. They didn't credit my bank account, but said theywould note my account in the store for the next time. Okay fine. Fast forward to today. I had received a coupon that stated free2-topping pizza with delivery expiring today 6/12. So I place my order online, leave a generous tip and everything. I thencontact the store to see if they are able to bring the missing soda from last time and the gentlemen that answered the phone wasslightly rude then, but I let it slide. He said he saw the note and fine they would bring it, but it would be 2-3 hours, because"THEY" were backed up. So I said okay I'll come pick it up then. No big deal. He then hangs up and calls me right back to saythat my coupon is no longer valid, because I am picking it up. Obviously, I said that is ridiculous I am trying to help you,since your store is backed up. At this point he proceeds to yell at me and say OKAY YOU ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO PLACE ORDERS ATTHIS STORE AND YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED! AND HANGS UP ON ME!! I was furious. Seriously, I was just trying to help out bypicking it up. So I attempt to visit the location and see what can be done and he refuses to admit it was him on the phone andsays when asked for the manager, they are all managers. No BRAEDON, you are the manager on duty, you are the one that yelled atme and hung up and then was to scared to admit it when confronted. Why would I think you would try to make it right!?!
