I went to the dunkin donuts on north beach st. I ask the lady if they had the pumpkin shaped donuts she said yes so I said... please let me have half dozen of them and 2 drinks. I paid, she handed me the drinks then the donuts. I was so excited to seethen but when I open the box it was not what I ordered so I said excuse me what is this she said that's pumpkin donuts. I saidthey are not shaped like a pumpkin and doesn't look like the picture you have in your menu. She said we do not have those, so isaid I ask before I order and you said that you had the pumpkin shaped ones she said we do not have those anymore so I said youdon't have any more today she said no we don't have those anymore so why are promoting them in your menu she said yes we do havethem in our menu but we don't serve them sorry. I was like you guys are falsely advertising, you just told me you had thembefore I ordered them, she said we don't we just have them in the menu- I said exactly. So I said can I just exchange them forregular chocolate donuts, she said yes and she did. I said can I have my receipt she didn't give me one. I went today 10-12-22around 6:55- 7:00 I called the store to speak to someone, but I was not successful no one answered so I decided to write aboutmy experience at dunkin donuts on north beach street. At first I was disappointed because i didn't receive the correct order but then I went back again and I went inside and it was... ridiculous how hot and uncomfortable it was! The poor workers. I could barely breathe. It was over 100° outside that day and itfelt worse inside. The only reason I gave this location 4 stars is because the young people that work in there are reallyspecial and they work so hard under those unexcusable conditions. I plan on going back this weekend and if it is hot andunbearable again, I will be calling corporate. On a good note, the Signature Pumpkin Spices cold Latte is amazing! Read more
I know right now they are offering 1 free coffee until the end of this month so I have not complained to their face but, the 3rd... time i went (which was today) they didn't review the order to make sure it was correct. The 1st time was amazing. They had jokedwith me and had great customer service but they might've given me more than they were supposed to (it was a nice drink). Afterthe 1st time it has not been great. The 2nd time I showed up they changed the stipulations for what kind of coffee you can get(or I was just spoiled the 1st time), and i already explained what happened the 3rd time. They need to all agree on whatthey're doing and if they've told someone wrong I would suggest they make it up to the person. I was so excited DD opened up down the street perfect location on my way to work. However, I was extremely upset and... disappointed. I ordered 12 medium iced coffees for the hospital staff the other morning on the app. I got there for pick up andthe coffee had already seemed watered down. What really got me is that they gave me half filled large cups with lids that werenot very travel friendly. I had to explain to the staff that nothing was wrong with the drinks that someone at DD just didn'tknow how to provide customer satisfaction. Why would you not just upgrade the coffees to a large free of charge since you didnot have the right cups. Maybe make it to where you can not order medium if you do not have the supplies to provide mediumdrinks. Read more
