Menu for Famous George's Cafe in Fort Worth, TX

Just left this place! The nice lady took my order Turkey on wheat with cheese. The man in the back put the bread in to be... toasted. The lady rung me up, took my card, handed me my receipt and proceeded to push the swing door to walk to the back tofinish preparing my sandwich. THE PROBLEM IS, NEITHER ONE OF THEM WASHED THEIR HANDS NOR USED GLOVES...I'M GROSSED OUT! THAT'SCROSS CONTMINation! I will not eat that sandwich. I guess I donated $4 and some change. Wash yall hands before every mealprep.....and use gloves and dispose them if you touch something other than food! Should I report this to the city? I hatewasting my money!???????? Read more

An atmosphere of peace and goodwill. Eat here if you want home cooked meals in a loving environment. And the food is good too.

Visited with my mom. I had a bacon cheese burger with fries. For such a simple order I was impressed by the great flavor. Mom... said the bacon was "done right". Reasonable prices and acceptable wait time for very fresh food. I look forward to going againand trying some of the other menu items. Read more

I tried this place out at the recommendation of a friend. I'm glad I listened to him. If you like home cooking your going to... like Famous George's. We've tried breakfast and there burgers. Both were outstanding. I'm sure the rest of there menu won'tdisappoint us. I'm looking forward to our next visit. Read more
