Came in this evening for a sandwich. While I was ordering, I was not exactly sure of what exactly I wanted but the white lady... with the tattoos standing behind the cashier seems pretty opinionated with another young lady mumbling and smirking. I placed an order and when my daughter went to pick it up. They had the door locked and lights off. When a worker came out she... was told they threw our sandwiches away. Even though he was laughing and walking out with a bag of three sandwiches and threebags of chips. I placed the order at 8:31 and my daughter was calling me at 8:58 to tell me they would not give thesandwiches. I have waited all day for the manager to call me so I can get my money back since I was charged for the sandwiches.Customer service says I have to wait for the manager to contact me. I parked along the side, tried to enter through the back entrance thinking it was the front entrance. Word to the wise: the back... door isn?t unlocked LOL. The employee taking orders was friendly and made my sandwich timely. It was delicious as it always is.I ordered a medium Italian sub and a drink. The tea was made fresh! I noticed the employee taking order was also making theorders as he was the only one working for a little while. Your standard Firehouse shop. Its a shame they went to packetized sauces. I sure do miss that Gator Hammock. We did find it... online but the variety of sauces made it more fun to go there. I think the North Richland Hills locale was cleaner though. Read more
