Had a burrito, subbed in brisket. My lady had 3x enchiladas, one of each meat type. Also had a margarita. Everything was... enjoyable, our waitress was fantastic and very attentive. The price for two full meals and a drink before tip was $30 whichreally isn't that bad at all considering. Close to home with good food and great pricing (especially happy hour which is 2 to 6:30). Unfortunately, the service the last... two times has been so slooooow. Tonight was really bad. They were very busy and they (I assume) are trying but 20 minuteswaiting on chips and salsa and another 5 for water was just silly. Ordered 30 minutes in and the food was good. One otherexample of the poor service was that I asked for a water refill half way through the meal. Waiter never brought it. 10 minuteslater, the manager (I think) came by and asked if we needed anything. I said water. Never came. Why ask if you don't care? Delicious food. The ceviche tostadas great. Good size and flavor. My peach margarita awesome. I can actually taste the peach on... it. Fajita tacos also great. Good size. We LOVE Amie the new GM. We used to go to Mexican Inn the Keller location 2-3 times a week. Not because of the food, ... mediocre, but because of Amie. If something was wrong she fixed it, be it poor service or food. When they just reopened wedecided not to back because she wasn’t going to be there.We have been to Habanero’s twice in one week. I never step outof my box food wise. I had the coconut shrimp tacos and they were fabulous just like she said. Rod was great at the bar andvery friendly. Had a great experience this evening. Payton was an awesome server helping us know what dishes were popular and what size they... were so we didn't order too much.
