I love the pizza however tonight was a bad experience. I ordered a pizza it took me some time to pick it up and it happens quite... often with me however the pizza always still look good. I know what the pizza should look like because I have had greatexperiences all over DFW with it. Tonight I informed the rep that the pizza is burnt and i ask that I have extra ingredient?sthe pay is no issue. This did not happen and the pizza was just thrown in the box and the edges were burnt. I got into analtercation with the rep who wanted to argue. I informed to give my money back or redo it. Of course he couldn?t see anythingwrong and he voiced it. Finally he decided to make a new pizza and the ingredients are there but the entire bottom of the pizzais burnt and taste burnt. If I can post the picture of it I will. I am so disappointed in the service because I really like thepizza but I don?t know if they have the oven too high or if it?s impossible to be consistent with the Pizza. I never had thisissue in Las Colinas. We have ordered hundreds of pizzas and they weren?t burnt. Now I will have to drive way out of my area toget a pizza or go elsewhere. I am not able to upload the picture but I will save it. This was money wasted. Sad Read more
The pizza here is spectacular! I am a big thin crust fan and fortunately, that is all they do. I love the ingredients they... offer, whereas most places to do not offer them. They are franchised, but on a small scale, so you still get that fresh,one-off mom & pop shop taste as well as a personal rapport with the staff. The larger companies and pizza joints always seem tobe inconsistent in this area, but not these guys! Definitely suggest stopping by if you like thin crust and great pizza! Read more
Was in the area and was feeling some pizza and this place seemed like a good place for a quick bite! I saw that they also sold... by the slice but its basically a personal pizza size! It looks like their style is thin and crunchy and for the price of thegiant slice, they did not skimp on the toppings! Read more
