Service today was a fail. Didn't take Stephen too long to show up but that was the best I can say. I asked for tea, he didn't... ask if I wanted Sweet or not and brought me sweet tea (didn't want sweet) - but it took about 5 minutes to bring the teaout. The rest of my order was right, and hot, but he didn't bring any silverware (kind of hard to eat an omelette without afork), had to flag down the server in the next section. Never checked back to see how the meal was or to refill my drink. Theserver who got me silverware noticed I was finished and offered to get my server so I could get my check. This was all after thelunch rush and Stephen didn't appear to have many other tables (one, maybe two others). One of the bus boys was more attentive, making sure someone had taken my order etc... This was the worst service I have had in a very long time. My expectations for this IHOP are pretty low but man, this was bad.... We waited for 10-15 minutes before our server came over to our table. We were actively looking for someone for 5 minutes beforeshe came but couldn't find anyone to help us. When she finally came over she didn't have her notebook so she couldn't take ourorder. Then she put my son's order in incorrectly. When it came out we only asked for the eggs to be corrected. Instead of justbringing him his eggs the correct way, she took his entire plate and didn't bring it back with the correct eggs until another10-15 minutes had gone by and I had to get up and ask her for his food. We all finished eating and asked for our check. Istopped another server and asked for the manager. I had my card out ready to pay and in the 10 minutes of waiting for a managerthe server came by and took my card - yes, I let her as we were SO done and ready to go at that point. Finally the manager cameback as I was signing the receipt. I told her how awful the service was and that it was the first time in my life not leaving atip. The manager did not offer anything other than "I'm sorry", no offer to reverse the credit card charge, a gift card oranything. I suggested retraining her staff. PLEASE think again if heading here to eat! Read more

I have previously reviewed this location and it was a 5 star review. Recently my wife and I went to this location and waited for... over 5 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant to be seated. The manager walked by to the kitchen 3 times and never acknowledgedus. We ended up leaving and eating at another restaurant. We will give it some time and give them a try again. Read more

Where to begin? Well, i understand sometimes the food is not consistent from one IHOP to the other, but we ordered the Mexican 3... leches and they where DRY DRY, if you know 3 leches you know it supposed to be moist. Then my wife ordered some chickensandwich and from the picture on the menu, looked delicious especially because she LOVES avocado and there's bunch of avocado inthe picture and in the description. So she got it and there's no avocado and lots and lots of mayo. But we told the waitressabout it, and she just responded "we're out of avocado, do you want a refill?" REALLY?!!! She didn't care at all. When we gotour check I told her that next time they don't have one of the main ingredients of a meal they should say something so thecustomer can decide if still wants it or decides to change the meal. We didn't enjoy our breakfast and we're in between twoIHOP restaurants, so I think we'll take our business to the other more consistent IHOP in Lakeworth. Read more

When I was a kid, I loved going to the International House of Pancakes. IHOP was a fun place to get fluffy pancakes topped with... gooey sweet syrups. But it?s turned into ???? and I?ve had enough with IHOP. I?ve given plenty of opportunities at severaldifferent locations and I just think it?s an IHOP thing in general. None of the food that is displayed and marketed on the menuor online even look like the food that is served. The portions versus their pricing just doesn?t make sense either. The staff atevery location I?ve been to - Beach St, North Tarrant, HWY 170, Saginaw, NRH, Arlington, etc. - if there is anyone willing towork, just doesn?t care either. It was last Friday night at 9pm when we showed up. A FRIDAY NIGHT. You?d think you?d get, atminimum, decent service on a weekend but ???????????. It took about five minutes to even be seated because no one was present atthe hostess stand. The floor was full of food and trash. Tables around us still had dishes left from other guests. And notelling how long those plates were there. Once we were sat, it took about another 5 to 10 minutes to even be greeted and anadditional five minutes to get six waters. After putting in our order, now over 25 minutes of us being there, we patientlywaited and watched our food sit on the warmer shelf. Only 5 out of the 6 meals that we ordered were served. 2 of the 3 kid mealsweren?t correct and looked nothing like the pictures. The ?minion? pancakes came out with the toppings on the side in littlecups. So we make our food now? My food was cold and of course, incorrect. I didn?t bother sending it back since our waitress wasnowhere to be found. My oldest had to wait another 10 minutes for his to be served and guess what? Yup, it was not correct. Ifyou ask for your bacon to be cooked well done, they will serve you floppy and chewy ????. The crazy thing is, I still tipped thewaitress, who is 8-9 months pregnant ????????25%. I know the restaurant industry is tough but c?mon. Id Read more
