I thought the poor service I received was something new or something that only happened to me. But by looking at other reviews... this is an ongoing problem so the business owner probably could care less what we have to say. So this review is arecommendation to other customers. DON?T GO TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX. The lady at the drive thru is beyond rude. And I guess thestaff used to previously work at McDonald?s because their ice cream/shake machine is never working. I understand that nobodywants to clean those things but a job is a job. I guess they pick and choose what they want to do for the day. Sat in drive thru for over 30 min just to get to speaker. No one ever said anything so I said hello. They finally only said we... are closed and only doing Uber eats right now. Why not turn off your lights or something. Besides your restraunt being24hrs.... there was still cars behind me going all the way out to the street. Cars in front of me got their orders but like Isaid I was there for over 30 min. Very bad customer service. Read more
