Update after phone call from Manager. I will never spend my money here, I will definitely never recommend anyone else spend... their money here. Ordered a combo at 12:09 arrived at 12:58 then the guy tries to hand me a fountain drink. I didn't order a fountain drink I... ordered a bottled sprite. I can't drink fountain drinks. I also asked for the balsamic and they did not add it plus wantedsandwich cut in half. Talked with manager and they couldn't even make it right took my whole lunch for nothing. What's not to like about Jimmy John's. They do just what they advertise- give you a good sandwich in extremely quick time. We... got our sandwiches and they were both delicious. I love their bread. Different price points for the type of sandwich. Theregular is a great sandwich so I don't feel like I need to move up to the costlier one. Read more
Sandwich was made incorrect and when asked to fix it they handed me the missing ingredients in a open wrapper and said I could... do it myself. If I wanted to make myself a sandwich I would have... wait, I'm married.. I don't make my ownsandwiches. Kidding But seriously they are rude and don't make your order correct.
