Excellent customer service!!! I had experience with both Kung Fu Tea store Fort Worth and Carrollton locations. The way they... make the drinks slightly little different by the texture color of the milk tea. Overall, you guys are rock and we hope that youwill have new flavor drink for the Fall coming. Let me save you the trip and advise you to go to Feng Cha which is a few minutes down the street, wayyyy better service and... better drinks. We ordered two drinks, their special oreo one and a taro milk tea...both of which tasted very diluted andwatered down. To keep it short, the main reason for this 1 star rating is the fact that when we asked for one of the drinks tobe remade we were denied that option. We were told the only thing they could do is add sugar...no refund, no remake, this isHORRIBLE service. You can't fix a messed up drink with sugar. Sure enough since we had no choice, we tried it with extra sugarand it did nothing to make it taste like what you pay for. The Taro was pale, not even purple...We took ourselves to Feng Chaand ordered other drinks there. We also emailed corporate regarding this incident at this location. Kung Fu tea in theCarrolton location/ Korea town was wayyyy better than this location. Read more
The drinks with hersheys chocolate are pretty good. The tea (Jasmine green tea with bubbles) was just ok for me and smaller than... expected. I got both drinks pictured on the same day and they are supposed to be the same size however the tea cup was muchsmaller. The drinks were made pretty quickly and I was greeted right away. I'm return and recommend giving them a try. Read more
