Most authentic sushi experience I’ve had in DFW. I was hesitant in coming reading some of the negative reviews, yet I’m glad... that didn’t stop me. The value for the amount of high quality sushi is unbeatable. The chef choice hand rolls are deliciousand filling. The service was fast and attentive, all the staff were incredibly welcoming. Finally a real Japanese sushi close to my house. Definitely worth every penny. Fish is super fresh and the king salmon melts in... your mouth. I’m really picky when it comes to uni (sea urchin) cuz most of places don’t have it fresh, but here it wassimply amazing. Wow...amazing creations by chef... we left this place completely satisfied. Freshness of "Neta" ( various kinds of ingredients... goes with sushi rice) is undiscribable.. simply one of the best we had.
