Holy cow! This place is fantastic! We went for my husbands birthday and we were blown away. The service was fantastic - shout... out to Adam! This place looks unassuming from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised with the food. It is comparable to some of the... Michelin rated restaurant we have visited. The rabbit-rattlesnake sausage, kangaroos carpaccio, blue corn lobster hush puppiesand the BBQ duck spring rolls from the first course are delicious . The Texas chili is beefy and flavorful. The beef tenderloinand Rocky Mountain Elk loin are so tender and irresistible. The Chef Special Pork Jowl is better than bacon, it melts as youbite in. Absolutely fantastic. Our host Adam was amazing, he walked us through all 3 courses and made sure we were properly taken care... of.
