Last time I will visit. The food is fresh and that's great when you actually receive your full order. Everytime I've been here I... only get half my order, or no sides. In this case none of the chicken on the platter meal. Read your customers order and thenprepare them properly, it's easy. Read more

Fish was excellent! Crispy and delicious! BUT, there was NO A/C in the restaurant! Now, if their air conditioning had gone out... today, that would be understandable. But, when I asked about the A/C from the lady at the cashier, she made a point to say theyhave had no AC for the past THREE MONTHS, while wiping the sweat off her forehead with her shirt sleeve. Personally, I sat infront of the one fan in the seating area and I could only stay long enough to write this review. Management really needs to sortthis out! Forget the customers! WARNING NO AIR CONDITIONING INSIDE. The staff was nice enough, but there was NO AIR CONDITIONING so it was near 100 degrees... inside and they had their tartar sauce sitting out in that heat (not safe). On top of that our rootbeer float tasted likefish... seriously tasted like it had fish in it. Corporate needs to go take a long look at this store and remodel it. Like Isaid the staff was very nice, but the rest was a horrid experience. Looking at the previous reviews it shows that their airconditioning has been out for at least 2 WEEKS!! Read more
