Took the self serve drinks out so asked for a refill after being ignored at the counter with another customer for a few minutes.... By far one of the worst McDonald's franchise I've ever been to. The employees are incompetent, including management. ... Ridiculously long wait times (I'm talking in excess of 15 minutes) for something as small as a fountain drink and a cookie.
