We always do a curbside pickup but thats our preference. When we have eaten inside it was always very clean with great... staff. The curbside service is great. Food was good, service as expected, but wait..."good" doesn't cut it any more. I need "great", and that didn't happen. The... payment kiosks on the table are dirty, and unfortunately, after staring those down for my whole lunch, that's what I remember. The kids waiting tables and seating customers act timidly afraid to be at work and ate unable to look you in the eye or speak upenough to be heard. Had Jacob for our waiter. He was so kind and considerate. He helped my grandmother navigate the menu to find food that would be... safe for her with her gluten allergy which was so helpful. He recommended the eggplant parm to me and it was delicious,perfectly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Olive Garden is always a safe bet for a meal but Jacob really made thedifference. He just went above and beyond for us. Probably one of my best Olive Garden experiences of all time. Read more
