They have changed for the better now, I know a worker there. You get almost no issues, most issues is just 1 quarter-bad cut... pizza. Get 5/5 in my rule book. Read more

ordered at this location many times and had zero issues. compared to other chains this has been the go to. at the price point... paps johns simply taste better than the other chains (in my opinion). the others do not make the list sorry. if joes pizza wasat a similar price then they would be on top, but they are too pricey so papa johns hits all the check marks for me.
